Questions about pricing
Does the free period apply to every team size?
Yes, there is no employee limit during the first 14 days. After that, Certondo stays free for up to 5 active employees; beyond that you choose Plus, Pro, or Ultra by capacity.
Who counts as an active employee?
Only employees who are active in Certondo. Former or deactivated profiles do not count toward capacity.
Can I bring over existing time records?
Yes. Import time entries and adjustments via CSV and set a starting balance per employee, so you switch without a gap.

What hardware do I need for the tablet time clock?
Any tablet with a browser, iPad or Android. The time clock opens as a web page in full screen, and employees clock in with their PIN.
Is there an export for payroll?
Yes, Excel exports per employee with master data, times, breaks, absences, and remaining leave for any date range, plus a file for DATEV LODAS.
