How much does Certondo cost?
Certondo is free forever for up to 5 employees. Beyond that you pay a fixed price by team size: Plus (6–25) 11 €, Pro (26–99) 49 €, Ultra (100+) 199 € per month, cheaper with annual billing. All features are included in every plan, and you test the first 14 days without limits.
Do I need an app?
No. Certondo runs in the browser, on PC, phone, and tablet. If you like, add Certondo to your home screen as an app, no app store required.
Does it work on a tablet?
Yes. Any iPad or Android tablet becomes a time clock: open the page in full screen, employees type their PIN and clock in with one tap. No login, no extra cost.
Where is my data stored?
On Hetzner servers in Nuremberg, Germany. Every connection is encrypted, and there is a backup every night. Processing under GDPR, data processing agreement on request.
Can I export times (Excel, DATEV)?
Yes. Excel per employee with times, breaks, absences, and remaining leave, plus PDF for printing. For payroll there is a monthly DATEV LODAS file that you align once with your accountant.
How long does setup take?
Usually just a few minutes: create your company, invite the team, start clocking in. The “Setup” list shows what’s still missing, and a short tour shows the key places. Bring existing times over via CSV import.
